Within Australia we ship with Australia Post or a courier service. Items under 5kg will ship with Australia Post. Boards and other large items must be shipped by courier service requiring customers to provide an address where someone will be available to sign on delivery. In the event someone is not available to sign, a $50 re-delivery fee will apply.
A customer may return products purchased from Rider Imports provided they are still in the original packaging and product has not been used or damaged in any way. Product needs to be in as new condition and suitable for resale. If these conditions are met we will refund the purchase price (not including initial shipping charges). The customer pays return shipping charges. All product(s) must be returned within thirty days of purchase.
NOTE: All returns must be returned to the original place of purchase. If you purchased your board from a physical store please contact them directly to return product.

MBS Mountainboards warrants our products against defects in workmanship and/or materials to the original retail purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase. The warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse or abuse, modifications to the product, damage incurred in competition or commercial use, or damage due to improper assembly or repairs. Warranty claims shall be filed directly to Rider Imports Pty Ltd by emailing email@example.com with details of what happened and proof of purchase
