Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Orders under 5kg will ship with Australia Post. Most boards and other large items must be shipped by courier service requiring customers to provide a daytime address where someone is available to sign on delivery. When shipping boards and larger items we will need to speak with customer to confirm shipping details. In the event that someone is not available to sign, a re-delivery fee of up to $50 may apply. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of mbsaustralia.com.au.
